Aim & Objective
The Trust shall be public, charitable, literary, and scientific, having the following objectives:
Promotion and Development
To promote and develop education, employment, science, and technology.Support to Students
To assist poor, needy, and intelligent students for their welfare and to spread education in society with special emphasis on women.Establishment of Institutions
To establish schools, colleges, universities, charitable hospitals, technical, professional, medical, agricultural, and allied research institutions (including organic farming and entrepreneurship development). These institutions may be set up in any state or union territory.Educational Activities
To promote education through meetings, discussions, lectures, research, field projects, seminars, conferences, study programs, and dissemination of information. This includes libraries and publication of booklets, journals, and books on various themes.Collaboration
To collaborate with professional bodies, societies, and educational or research institutions with similar objectives.Acquisition of Property
To accept, purchase, lease, hire, or otherwise acquire movable or immovable property, rights, or privileges necessary for the Trust’s objectives.Sports and Cultural Activities
To organize sports and cultural festivals and provide physical education, especially to students interested in such activities.Adoption of Educational Institutions
To adopt and support existing educational institutions to uplift standards and assist financially and educationally.Land and Grants
To apply to Central or State Governments and other institutions for allotment of land, buildings, and grants for educational institutions and charitable hospitals.Funding and Donations
To receive subscriptions, fees, gifts, donations, and grants in cash or kind, and apply the income to carry out the Trust’s objectives.Miscellaneous Acts
To perform all acts and deeds necessary or conducive to the attainment of the Trust’s objectives.Utilization of Income
All income of the Trust shall be used solely for the betterment of the Trust and fulfillment of its objectives.Legal Status
The Trust shall have succession, a common seal, and the legal capacity to sue or be sued under its name.Compliance
To perform all acts necessary to comply with Section 20 of the Society Registration Act, 1860, for the attainment of these objectives.
ADDITIONAL POWERS OF THE TRUST
To further the above objectives, the Trust may:
i. Purchase, acquire, rebuild, renovate, remodel, preserve, and maintain land and buildings.
ii. Sell existing land/buildings and purchase other suitable sites as deemed expedient.
iii. Acquire movable or immovable properties by purchase, lease, exchange, or otherwise, and construct/maintain buildings.
iv. Cooperate and collaborate with other trusts, institutions, or funds with similar objectives.
v. Take over, join hands with, or manage other trusts or institutions having similar objectives.
vi. Employ or engage persons and grant contracts for carrying out Trust activities.
vii. Raise funds through loans, subscriptions, contributions, and donations.
viii. Obtain financial assistance or loans from banks or financial institutions against Trust assets.
ix. Perform all acts, deeds, and things necessary or incidental to achieve the Trust’s objectives.
